About The Project
Digital technologies that affect every aspect of life are transforming written, visual and audio media at the same speed. The Facebook Digital Journalism Project, which set out with the aim of keeping journalists and journalist candidates abreast of this transformation, aims to support journalists and journalism students in Turkey on digital journalism, social media platforms and storytelling. The project, carried out in cooperation with Meta, Kadir Has University New Media Department and Habitat Association, aims to contribute to the professional development of journalists and journalist candidates, as well as to integrate the print media into internet publishing. In the trainings, in which the experiences of the project partners in the fields of media use, digital world, education and journalism provide a common value, it is aimed to reach journalist candidates, press and broadcasting organization representatives, communication faculty and new media students who individually practice journalism or aim to do so.
