About The Projec

The “Young Women Building Their Future Project,” implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Sabancı Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Family and Social Services and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, supported by the Sabancı Foundation, aims to create social awareness on JavaScript, which emerged as a result of transformation in the IT sector and developments in technology, and to increase employment opportunities for young people by developing them in this field, in cooperation with Habitat Association and Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry, within the scope of the project. Following the bootcamp and mentorship process, career planning training will be provided to increase participants’ motivation, and a physical career meeting will be organized for them to meet with experts working in the software industry. Students who successfully complete the program will be subjected to an online interview simulation by being brought together with human resources personnel working in the software sector. In addition, the graduation event will provide a comprehensive learning and networking opportunity with the participation of experts and valuable speakers on the subject.
