Empower Me – Youth Development Program

Empower Me – Youth Development Program” is a comprehensive international initiative aimed at enhancing the 21st-century skills of young people in Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan. Launched in collaboration with the Starbucks Foundation, Alshaya Group, and Habitat Association, this program focuses on strengthening the social and economic resilience of youth through entrepreneurship and digital competencies. The program seeks to improve the employability and self-sufficiency of young people, while also fostering their entrepreneurial skills to enhance their potential contributions to the economy. By providing training in digital skills, sustainability, leadership, and career planning, the program aims to establish strong social networks among young people and empower their roles within society.
