The EmpowerMe: Youth Program is a comprehensive international initiative designed to enhance the 21st-century skills of young people in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan. Implemented in collaboration with Alshaya Group, Habitat Association, and Starbucks Foundation, the program focuses on strengthening young individuals’ social and economic resilience through entrepreneurship and digital competencies.
Within the scope of the program, participants’ employability and self-sufficiency are supported, while their potential to contribute to the economy is enhanced through strengthened entrepreneurial skills. Trainings in areas such as digital skills, sustainability, leadership, and career planning aim to foster strong social networks among young people and empower their roles within society.

Who Can Participate?
These trainings are open to individuals aged 15–30 who are interested in developing themselves in the fields of entrepreneurship, sustainability, digitalization, and 21st-century skills.
Training Details:
- Participation is free of charge.
- Trainings will be conducted online via Zoom and will last 2 hours.
- The training link will be sent to the email address provided during the application process.
- Participants who attend the training in full will receive a certificate of participation.
