Since 2008, Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) has been celebrated every November in Türkiye, in parallel with activities across more than 200 countries and regions worldwide. In 2026, under the motto “Entrepreneurship Grows Here,” GEW Türkiye is being coordinated by GEN Türkiye and Habitat Association.
Aiming to promote entrepreneurship as a career choice, connect entrepreneurs with opportunities, and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem, GEW is a global movement that brings together civil society organizations, universities, entrepreneurs, investors, private sector representatives, media, and public institutions.
Taking place across Türkiye from 16–22 November 2026, GEW events will contribute to raising awareness of entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration, and supporting new ventures. GEW is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), an international network dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world.
