Pioneers of Entrepreneurship

The Pioneers of Entrepreneurship Project, launched in partnership between Alarko Holding and Habitat Association, aims to empower women in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. To this end, the project provides women entrepreneurs operating in the fields of industry, sustainability, technology, and agricultural production with both theoretical and practical training, with the goal of supporting the sustainable and global growth of their ventures.

Training is provided in areas such as brand identity development, AI-powered digital marketing, design thinking, e-export and financial management. “From Dreams to Success” sessions are held as part of the programme to foster knowledge sharing and a culture of solidarity among women entrepreneurs. Additionally, communication efforts are undertaken to raise the profile of women-led enterprises. Successful completion of the interview stages leads to the offer of mentorship and grant support through an accelerator programme designed to contribute to the sustainability of enterprises.

Since 2023, the Pioneers of Entrepreneurship Project has provided grant support to 15 women entrepreneurs operating in the fields of education, technology, sustainability, agricultural production and industry, and over 3,000 women have received training.
