EmpowerMe: Gənclik Proqramı, Türkiyə, Azərbaycan, Qazaxıstan və İordaniyadakı gənclərin 21-ci əsr bacarıqlarını inkişaf etdirməyi hədəfləyən hərtərəfli beynəlxalq proqramdır. Alshaya Qrupu, Habitat Dərnəyi və Starbucks Fondu əməkdaşlığı ilə həyata keçirilən proqram, sahibkarlıq və rəqəmsal bacarıqlar vasitəsilə gənclərin sosial və iqtisadi dayanıqlığını gücləndirməyə yönəlib.
4 – 16 Aprel 2025 tarixləri arasında onlayn keçiriləcək EmpowerMe: Gənc Sahibkarlıq Bootcampı, biznes modelinin qurulmasından maliyyə planlaşdırmasına, prototip hazırlanmasından investor təqdimatlarına qədər geniş bir mövzuda təlim və mentorluq dəstəyi təqdim edəcək.

Kimlər Müraciət Edə Bilər?
- Azərbaycan’da yaşayan 15-30 yaş arası gənclər
- Ən az 3 üzvü olan komandalar
- Ən az bir üzvü orta səviyyədə İngilis dili biliklərinə sahib komandalar
QEYD: Müraciətlər yalnız komanda şəklində qəbul edilir. Hər komandadan yalnız bir nəfər müraciət formasını doldurmalıdır.
Gənc Sahibkar Bootcamp-ın Əsas Məlumatları
- Proqrama onlayn qatılmaq tamamilə pulsuzdur.
- Təlim dili İngilis dili olacaq, lakin mentorluq sessiyalarında Türk dili dəstəyi təqdim ediləcək (istək üzrə).
- 6 gün davam edəcək proqramda davamlı iştirak tələb olunur.

EmpowerMe: Youth Program is a comprehensive international initiative aimed at enhancing the 21st-century skills of young people in Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Jordan. Launched in collaboration with the Alshaya Group, Habitat Association, and the Starbucks Foundation, the program focuses on strengthening the social and economic resilience of youth through entrepreneurship and digital skills.
The EmpowerMe: Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, which will take place online between April 4 and 16, 2025, will provide a wide range of training and mentorship support, covering topics such as business modeling, financial planning, prototyping, and investor pitching.

Who Can Apply?
- Young people aged 15-30 residing in Azerbaijan
- Teams with at least 3 members
- Teams with at least one member who has intermediate English proficiency
NOTE: Applications must be submitted as a team. Only one member per team should fill out the application form.
What Are the Details of the Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp?
- The program will be conducted online and is entirely free of charge.
- The training will be in English, with Turkish language support available during mentorship sessions.
- Participants must commit to attending the entire 6-day program.
What Does the Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Offer?
- Entrepreneurship Training: Business model development, market analysis, MVP, marketing and growth strategies, financial planning, presentation techniques, and pitch deck creation.
- Mentorship Support: One-on-one sessions and group activities with expert mentors.
- Hands-on Project Development: Prototype development using no-code tools.
- Community and Networking: Opportunities to connect with entrepreneurs and ecosystem experts.
- Advancement Opportunities: The top 5 startups will qualify to join the International Acceleration Program.
What’s Next After the Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp?
- Advanced training and mentorship support in the International Accelerator Program for selected startups from Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan.
- Opportunity to present to the jury and investors at Demo Day; grant support and entrance to the Entrepreneurship World Cup for 3 startups.
