[/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=””][vc_tta_section title=”Regional Integration Acceleration Program – RIAC is Looking for Participants” tab_id=”1545640515573-7c4d3bed-9949″][vc_column_text]The EU-funded RIAC program aims to promote the integration of refugees into the European labor market with an accelerated and sustainable approach. The basic idea is to accelerate the integration process in certain sectors or companies through the implementation of established small, decentralized units (RIACs).The project, which is based on parameters such as the employability of refugees, the elimination of gender-specific differences, and the ability to integrate employers, includes long-term and comprehensive training and practices for the participation of refugees in labor force and the promotion of entrepreneurship.
Germany, Denmark, Italy, and a total of eight partners from Turkey have been involved in the project, and each partner contributes to the collective and sustainable implementation of the project by focusing on a main topic.
Participants are being sought for the 2nd term of the Regional Integration Accelerators Program which takes 6 months. 108 participants will be accepted. Participants in the first two months of the 2nd term will be involved in;
- Basic Entrepreneurship Trainings
- Idea Generation Camp
- Presentation Techniques Training
- Business Idea Presentation and Mentoring
process and 36 out of 108 participants will be selected for an accelerated 4-month process. In the second period of the program, participants are going to be involved in;
- Entrepreneurship Camp
- Entrepreneurship Acceleration
- Mentoring, Accounting and Company Setup Support
- Investor Meeting and Support
process.
The applicants are expected to dedicate 1 day per week for training and 1 evening per week for Turkish speaking club for 6 months. The application is open only to refugee participants living in Istanbul.

Bölgesel Entegrasyonu Hızlandırma Programı-RIAC Katılımcılarını Arıyor!
AB tarafından finanse edilen RIAC programı, mültecilerin Avrupa işgücü piyasasına entegrasyonunu hızlandırılmış ve sürdürülebilir bir yaklaşımla teşvik etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Temel fikir, kurulan küçük, merkezi olmayan birimlerin (RIAC’ler) uygulanmasıyla belirli sektörler veya şirketlerde entegrasyon sürecinin hızlandırılmasını sağlamaktır.
Mültecilerin istihdam edilebilirliği, cinsiyete özgü farklılıkların ortadan kaldırılması ve işverenlerin entegrasyon kabiliyeti gibi parametreler üzerinden değerlendirilen proje kapsamında mültecilerin iş gücüne katılımı ve girişimciliğin teşviki için uzun dönemli ve kapsamlı eğitim ve uygulamalar yer almaktadır.
Projeye Almanya, Danimarka, İtalya ve Türkiye’den toplam sekiz ortak dahil olmuştur ve her bir ortak bir ana konuya odaklanarak projenin kolektif ve sürdürülebilir şekilde yürütülmesine katkı sağlamaktadır.
6 ay sürecek olan Bölgesel Entegrasyonu Hızlandırma Programı’nın 2. Dönemi için katılımcılar aranıyor. 108 katılımcının kabul edileceği 2. Dönemin ilk iki ayında girişimci adayları;
- Temel Girişimcilik Eğitimleri
- Fikir Üretme Kampı
- Sunum Teknikleri Eğitimleri
- İş Fikri Sunumu ve Mentorlük
sürecine dahil olacak ve 108 katılımcı arasından seçilecek olan 36 katılımcı, sürecin 4 aylık ikinci aşamasına geçerek
- Girişimcilik Kampı
- Girişimcilik Hızlandırma
- Mentorlük, Muhasebe ve Şirket Kurulum Desteği
- Yatırımcı Buluşması ve Destek
sürecine dahil olabilecektir.
Başvuru sahiplerinin 6 ay boyunca haftada 1 gün eğitim ve 1 akşam Türkçe konuşma kulübü için zaman ayırması beklenmektedir. Başvuru yalnızca İstanbul’da yaşayan mülteci katılımcılara açıktır.
